About the Health & Wellness Program
Staying active is important as we age. We offer a wide variety of exercise courses for every senior, ranging from more traditional chair based exercises to cardio drumming and yoga, we are sure to have a class to meet your tastes. We also offer meditation courses to promote your mental well being. All of our exercise courses are available cost free! Donations to our exercise programs are always welcome.
We offer a variety of activities designed to help seniors engage socially and stay active mentally. You can test your luck at weekly bingo or a hand of cards, or your knowledge at our monthly brain games. We also offer educational courses, monthly entertainment, and weekly blood pressure checks.
