The Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland Community Action Commission (KHCA), located in east central Ohio, is a non-profit organization that operates multiple programs to assist low-income families, including grant-funded home repair programs that serve four (4) Ohio counties. We have more than 40 years of experience in providing home repair services that help people in need. We need contractors for work that includes:
